I am so happy that you leaned us to the cruise & tour combination. Denali was spectacular. Loved the Explorer train Mt. McKinley looked like a postcard.
We are looking forward to the South America cruise you booked for us in January.

Thanks again, Jeff and Marcy, for a wonderful trip. The accommodations you selected were superb, and the location of each was excellent. We could walk to many of the sites we wanted to visit. In Boston, we could step outside the hotel and be on the Freedom Trail.

Holland America was not as good as we remembered the previous trips as far as the quality and variety of the food nor was the crew as accommodating. Guess we have been spoiled by Oceana! However, the guides on the Holland America tours are still the best of any cruise line we have used. They were excellent even in Sydney and Charlottestown where there really wasn't a lot to see or do. The weather was not favorable in either spot--cold and rainy which made their jobs more difficult.

We enjoyed the trip very much. It was a much needed break in the "hail events" at home. Today, we think, the roofers are finishing the 14th roof and will be gone tomorrow. There are still some loose-ends to be tied up, but the light at the end of the tunnel is getting brighter. We are looking forward to the trip in November from Paris to Prague.
John is already thinking of where he wants to go next year!

I just wanted to say "thank you" for your wonderful service in arranging this year's European vacation. The Viking "Windmills and Tulips" river cruise through Holland and Belgium was truly delightful. The combination of very comfortable accomodations, breathtaking scenery, interesting company, gourmet meals, and daily excursions that are both fascinating and educational is an experience we can't recommend highly enough. We especially appreciated that you were able to connect the river cruise with the Trafalgar motorcoach tour "French Escapade." We got to know people from six other countries as we visited Paris, then meandered through Burgundy, Provance, the Alps, and along the French Riviera to Monte Carlo. These are truly memories we will hold forever!

We so appreciated the "tips" on interesting places we would visit that you sent us before leaving. I'm also grateful that you were on top of what needed to be done at each step along the way, and gave me a gentle reminder when necessary. I knew I could call you with any question and you would get the answer swiftly and accurately.

We feel quite fortunate to have discovered Key Cruises. Thank you again for the three unforgettable trips you have arranged for us. You can be sure we will let you know when we're ready for our next vacation!

By booking our trip with you, we were worry free about all details, and you didn't let us down. You and Oceania made all of our plans, and we only had to look forward to the vacation. It was a vacation to be remembered and we made many new friends aboard Nautica. Thanks so much for helping. We will definitely recommend you to our friends and hope to plan another vacation with you in the future. Jim and I want to thank you for your strong recommendation of Oceania Cruises and your assistance in planning our cruise aboard Oceania's Nautica. The ship was beautiful, the people were friendly and the service couldn't have been better. The cruise director, Ian Needle, and his staff were extremely organized and we felt that our safety, our comfort, and our needs were always top priority. Ian, the band, and the entertainment crew provided frequent and varied entertainment which we enjoyed. It was a treat to meet the captain and the crew and to know that they were there for us. After trying every restaurant on the ship, we can say that we loved the food, and that all involved in the preparation and serving did amazing work. Alex, our butler, brought appetizers to our room every afternoon and served meals in our room when requested. We are not sure how we are going to adjust to being back home! We felt that the crew as well as the passengers aboard Nautica became our friends. Murray and Victor in the technology area were very helpful with internet, photography, and telephones. Emma, in the Canyon Ranch spa was helpful there, and Zora in the boutique not only helped there, but also accompanied us on some shore excursions. The variety of shore excursions offered was good, and the tour guides were always competent to lead us and to inform us about the cities. The Oceania representatives in Athens and Barcelona were prompt and made our moves from airport to hotel, etc. work smoothly. The representative in Athens attempted to help find Jim's bag, which didn't make the connection from Munich to Athens. We were thankful for its arrival before time to move to the ship! We enjoyed the bus tour of Athens, but the hotel was too far away for us to do much on our own. A bus stop at the Acropolis, and maybe a few other stops, if possible, would add much to the experience. The tour of Barcelona was much more complete.

Hi Marcy,

We just got back from our Caribbean cruise on Celebrity and we thought we would drop you a note to let you know how much we enjoyed the trip.
The staff was really great, the food was wonderful, especially in the specialty restaurant (we did this 3 times even though we were told that 2 was the limit).
Ed & I really appreciate all the help you gave us in planning this trip, our 1st Celebrity cruise.
We were pleasantly surprised that the weather held up. I know you told us that you have been there many times during the season and never had a problem but after booking our 4th cruise with you, I am a believer.
We will be calling you next month to see what to plan for our next cruise
