Our proprietary system uses a unique combination of criteria including past luxury cruise guests,river cruise guests, escorted tour guests, senior cruise and escorted tour rates, resident promotions, referral programs and luxury cruise,river cruise and escorted tours supplier promotions to assure that our valued clients are getting the best deals.
From each of our preferred luxury cruises, river cruises, premium cruises and escorted tours suppliers best rates, our Key Cruises and Tours specialists will share our commission with you, thus lowering your final payment directly to the supplier. Certain suppliers do not permit cash back on final payment. In these instances, cash back will be rewarded by check after trip is completed.
These "Cash Back"* rates will be prominently displayed on your Key Traveler invoice once we enter your payment directly to the supplier..You are always billed directly by the cruise line or tour operator. A Key Traveler invoice will be sent by email with confirmation.

We have no booking fees or service fees added to your invoice Remember, you are always billed directly by the cruise line or escorted tour company. According to our agreement with our preferred cruise and escorted tours suppliers, we do not publish or email our Cash Back offers. We guarantee our Cash Back rates on your Key Traveler invoice once the cruise line or tour operator confirms your payment.
Don't Book Direct
Cruise lines and escorted tour operators do not offer cash back direct. However, if you have already booked direct and not made your final payment, your booking can be turned over to Key Cruises and Tours. The difference will be that you will see "Cash Back"* on our invoice. Your cruise cabin and category or escorted tour schedule, as well as any additions you may have booked will remain the same. Our professional travel specialists will then assist you with all your arrangements and any questions you may have. Remember, you are always billed directly by the cruise line or tour operator. The difference is you will get the highest quality service directly from our experienced, certified specialists and "Cash Back" plus Price Assurance
*Closeouts, groups, special interest bookings, special conditions imposed by the cruise lines or tour operator may be excluded. Certain suppliers, including Regent Seven Seas, Crystal Cruise Line, Celebrity Cruises, Royal Caribbean Cruises do not allow cash back off final payments.
In those instances, Key Traveler will add either extra amenities or Key Traveler Rewards as Cash Back after sailing. These will be clearly noted on your invoice. Our Better Business Bureau A+ rating will attest to our reliability
