Key Traveler Lowest Price Guarantee

Prices must be published on an authorized U.S. based website or supplier brochures and must be current and readily available to the general public. Verbal or emailed prices do not apply. Website screenshots do not apply.

 

Lowest price must be for same exact travel, category, date, accommodations and without restrictions. Groups, closeouts, clubs, points do not apply. Prices must be published within 72 hours of deposit to supplier and must meet individual supplier guidelines. Adjustments cannot be submitted after final payment to supplier. Charters, affinity groups, vacation clubs, consolidator, interline, regional, past passenger, onboard booking rates and expired promotions do not apply unless approved by both supplier and Key Traveler. Prices do not apply to airfare, special amenities, taxes, onboard credits, hotels, insurance or add-ons.

 

All requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to Key Traveler approval. Cancellation and rebooking are subject to supplier and Key Traveler approval.

 

Key Traveler reserves the right to modify or discontinue this guarantee without prior notice.
